“Lift Me Up” is a music video for musician Daniel Corey’s single that was released on all streaming platforms on May 30th, 2023. “Lift Me Up” gives the listener a feel that blends the aura of Paul Simon with the rustic Americana of Bruce Hornsby and the raise-the-roof anthems of U2. It handily showcases Daniel’s unique skills on fingerstyle guitar and piano, as well as composing memorable melodies with weighty lyrics.
Daniel created the video using both new and traditional media tools, starting with photographs of real-world objects which were then edited and comped together in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, followed by processing in Midjourney, Prequel, and Remini, with final edits in Lightroom. Everything was animated using Stable Diffusion and Kaiber, and then final assembly and editing were done in Adobe After Effects and Premiere.
DP Christopher Gregson filmed the live-action portions of Daniel that appear throughout, and the song itself was produced by Alexx Calise and Dennis Morehouse.
